Chuck Taylor

Visiting Columbus, Indiana for the first time was such a memorable experience. Known as the hometown of the iconic Chuck Taylor, the city completely won me over. The architecture, the lighting, the people—everything felt intentional and full of character.

One of my favorite moments was stumbling across a vintage car perfectly parked in the afternoon light. It felt like the city had staged it just for me, and it turned into one of my favorite photos from the trip. I also loved seeing the giant art piece of the Chuck Taylor shoe, which felt especially meaningful since Converse was one of my favorite shoes growing up.

One morning, my mom and I went on a photo walk, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The way the light hit the city that morning was something special—soft, golden, and almost cinematic. It reminded me why I love capturing the little details that make a place feel alive.

Columbus left me curious. There’s so much more to discover, and I know this visit was just the beginning of a longer story I want to keep exploring.
